This remarkable new family home, spanning over 9,500 square feet, has recently been granted planning approval for NC Architecture. Thoughtfully designed to combine traditional rural charm with a contemporary touch, this luxury residence is set to become an exceptional living space.

We are thrilled to be leading the full interior design for this turn-key project. The design of this home is inspired by the aesthetic of a rural farmhouse, incorporating natural materials and clean, understated lines. The architecture balances a timeless appeal with modern refinement, allowing the home to sit harmoniously within its surroundings. Our approach to the interiors builds upon this foundation, embracing a palette of natural colours and textures that enhance the warmth and authenticity of the space. The focus is on creating a home that feels effortlessly stylish while remaining highly practical for day-to-day family life.

Every element of the interior design has been carefully curated to reflect the character of the home while meeting the needs of a busy family. Thoughtful material selections, such as warm wood tones, stone accents, and soft, textural fabrics, create a sense of depth and comfort. The colour palette is muted yet rich, bringing a sense of tranquility while allowing key architectural features to stand out. Open-plan spaces are designed to encourage family interaction while maintaining defined zones for relaxation and entertainment.

As the interior design process unfolds, our goal remains clear: to create a home that feels both luxurious and welcoming, where every detail enhances the way its residents live and interact.

Storage has been a key consideration, with bespoke joinery and tailored design solutions ensuring that every inch of space is utilised efficiently.
