Site visit
If you’d prefer to walk us through the space in person, we offer site visits to discuss your design brief on location. This is an optional service, available depending on location.

Virtual presentation
A one-hour online session hosted by your designer, presenting your scheme and walking you through the design in detail — with time to ask questions and explore options.

Showroom meeting
In-person sessions at our Cheshire showroom are available on request. Your designer will walk you through the scheme using our digital screen, with curated physical samples on hand.

Cabinetry designs
We understand the impact beautifully considered cabinetry can have on a space. From kitchens and boot rooms to media units and beyond, we offer a design-only service for bespoke fitted joinery.

What do you need from me prior to designing my room?
To create a tailored design that works beautifully for your space, we’ll need a few things from you:
Room photos
Taken from all angles, so we can get a full sense of the space.
Measurements
Basic dimensions of the room, so we can scale the design accurately. If you have architects’ plans, even better. Not sure where to start?

Completed questionnaire
We’ll send you a short design and lifestyle questionnaire ahead of your consultation, so we can have a meaningful conversation about your space and what you need from it.
What’s the difference between the discovery call and a consultation call?
Discovery Call
Free, 15-30 mins
A quick intro call to explore our package options and help you choose the right one. No design advice is provided at this stage.
Consultation Call
up to 45 mins
A deep dive with your designer to discuss your room, lifestyle and budget. This forms the foundation of your design and is included in every package. It’s best if we’ve already received your room info so we can talk everything through together.
How long does the process take?
After your discovery call and deposit payment, your consultation call can usually be scheduled within 7 working days (depending on availability). Once we’ve spoken, your designs will be sent within approximately 2 weeks.
Do I need the Add-on Services?
Not at all, our packages are designed to be affordable and accessible. Add-on Services are completely optional additions you can choose if you’d like to enhance the experience further.
Do I have to buy the products through Lewis Knox?
No obligation at all. But if you do choose to order through us, we can often offer trade discounts – saving you time and money.
Can you manage or coordinate my project?
As this is a virtual service, we don’t provide project coordination or recommend trades. If you’re looking for hands-on support and implementation, take a look at our Full Interior Design Service or Get in Touch.
Is there a discount for more than one room?
Yes, in some cases. We can discuss this with you during your consultation. Discounts only apply when multiple rooms are designed at the same time.
How many revisions are included?
One round of revisions is included as standard. If you’d like more changes, we’re happy to accommodate. Additional fees would apply, but we’ll always confirm these with you first.
Do you offer site visits?
We do! Site visits, virtual meetings and showroom visits can all be added on as part of our add on services. See information above.
